Dr. Avinash De Sousa

Dr. Avinash De Sousa is a renowned psychiatrist and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. He has served as a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist across leading institutions including L.T.M.G.H. (Sion Hospital), H.N. Reliance Foundation and Goenka Group of Schools, and is the Founder Trustee of the DeSousa Foundation. He is also a visiting faculty at several recognised institutes and medical colleges in Mumbai and currently serves as President of the Bombay Psychiatric Society.

With over 800 publications in national and international journals, Dr. De Sousa brings together extensive clinical experience, academic contribution and a multidisciplinary understanding of mental health. His qualifications include Psychiatry, an MBA in Human Resource Development, a Master's in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and an MPhil in Psychology. He also serves as the Editor of the Indian Journal of Mental Health.
