What we collect
We collect only the information needed to arrange and deliver your care: your name, contact details, the concern you write to us about, and the clinical records your clinician creates during your care.
How we use it
Your information is used to arrange appointments, deliver care, and meet our professional record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Clinical records are seen by your treating clinician and, where your care is shared across disciplines, by the clinicians involved in your care. Our administrative team sees only what is needed to schedule and bill appointments.
When we may disclose without consent
We may disclose information without your consent only where the law requires it, or where there is a serious and imminent risk to your safety or someone else's. We explain this to you at the start of care.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask questions about how it is handled. Write to us and we will respond.
