Thank you for choosing to use the mental health services provided by Reflect Within. We are committed to providing high-quality services in the areas of counselling, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, special education, remedial therapy and psychiatric consultation to our clients, and we want to make sure that you are aware of the terms and conditions before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service:
  • Confidentiality: We adhere to absolute confidentiality in all of our communications with you out of respect for your privacy. Any personal or health information you provide to us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to outside parties without your permission, unless mandated by law or in circumstances where we deem there to be a danger of harm to you or others. Incase of minors, parents reserve all the rights to seek information from the respective treating professionals.
  • Services: We offer mental health counselling services and support programs to help individuals cope with mental health issues. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical emergency or require urgent medical attention, then you are requested to reach your nearest hospital’s emergency department. Our counselling services are intended to provide support and guidance, but they are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. Only licensed psychiatrists visiting our facility of Reflect Within can prescribe medication or provide psychiatric medical treatment.
  • Eligibility: Anyone who is at least 18 years old is eligible to use our services. To use our services as a minor, you need your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission. You attest that you fulfil these eligibility requirements by utilising our services.
  • Payment: Our website lists our service fees, which are subject to change at any time. Services must be paid for in advance, and we accept cash, credit card, debit card, or UPI payments. Payment is required at the time of service, and our services are offered on a fee-for-service basis. Incase of extra time, the fee shall be applicable as per the fee schedule of the respective service. Incase of delayed payment after multiple reminders, we reserve the right to charge interest of 10% per day on your total outstanding amount.
  • Cancellation: Our cancellation policy states that you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the booked appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel. You will be charged for the missed appointment if you don’t cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the original appointment time. You will be charged 100% of the scheduled amount if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
  • Code of Conduct: We expect all our clients to treat our employees and other clients with courtesy and respect. If a client exhibits disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to terminate services. You acknowledge that by using our services, you will treat our mental health specialists with courtesy and cooperation. You agree to be truthful and accurate in describing yourself and your situation, and to follow any advice or recommendations from our mental health specialists.
  • Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate our services if we determine that we are unable to provide effective support or if we determine that our services are no longer necessary. We may also terminate our services if you violate any of these terms of services.
  • Intellectual Property: Copyright laws secure all content on this website, including text, graphics, photos, and logos, which are owned by Reflect Within. Without our prior consent, you are not permitted to duplicate, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no guarantees or warranties about the effectiveness of our services or the outcome of any treatment. Interventions work subjectively on clients or patients based on their case. Due to the nature of the profession that we undertake, we cannot guarantee all services to begin on the committed time as there can be considerable delay at times while the professional is engaged in therapy sessions or assessments with clients before the booked appointment.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
  • Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Reflect Within is located.
  • Changes to Terms of Service: We may modify these terms of service at any time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
