Nature of Service

Reflect Within- A Centre for Psychological and Emotional Well-Being is a platform that delivers psychological and emotional wellness services to individuals and organisations. These include, but are not restricted to, corporate wellness and educational programmes through which employees of organisations avail various products and services. Reflect Within offerings may include/are:

• Online and face-to-face consultation with expert, qualified and trained Professionals (who have been authorised by Reflect Within to use the platform for delivering their Services).
• Psychiatric medications are prescribed only by the visiting Psychiatrist on our panel upon consulting the patient in-person by the doctor himself/herself. In case of minors, it is a mandate that they are accompanied by a legal guardian or a family member and only then can they be considered for treatment.
• Psychometric assessments are conducted only when there is a need to decipher the course of intervention or when an individual or organisation asks for their own understanding of their concerns.
• Workshops and/or webinars for individuals/groups of different professions, communities, parents, organisations are delivered by qualified and trained professionals.
• Self-help tools, content and programmes through a range of channels including, but not restricted to websites, mobile applications and emails.

Reflect Within is also committed to providing training, internships and continued psychological education programs for students and professionals while contributing to the development of the quality of professionals in the fraternity and community.
